With over 18 years of experience in landscaping, artificial turf, sports surfaces and recreational spaces, Matt brings extensive industry knowledge to his role as Managing Director.
With over 12 years of experience in the natural turf industry, Matt has seen first hand the everyday challenges and seasonal limitations natural grass can present across homes, schools, sports facilities and commercial spaces. This sparked a passion for finding smarter, longer lasting surface solutions that look great and perform year round. A husband and proud dad of three, Matt leads the team with a strong focus on innovation, quality and creating practical spaces that are made to be used and enjoyed.
Hayley Petheram

Hayley leads all things marketing and strategy. While she's currently on maternity leave soaking up precious time with her young family, her passion for people, community, and creating exceptional customer experiences continues to shape everything we do.
Known for her heart of gold, her husband Matt often jokes, "If Hayley were running the show solo, everyone would have a free artificial lawn." It's her generous nature and genuine care for people that make her such an integral part of the business.

As our go to for sales and new opportunities, he’s always one step ahead, keeping Lifestyle Lawns at the forefront of the market. Down to earth and driven, Taylor brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction. If Taylor’s not playing golf, hanging out with his dog Frank then he’s probably deep in quotes or chasing the next big project.

With over 6 years of hands on experience installing artificial grass, Dallas brings both expertise and calm confidence to every job. Known for his cool headed approach and perfectionist mindset, he ensures projects especially sports courts are delivered to the highest standard. Outside of turf installs, Dallas brings the same rhythm and finesse to playing bass guitar, he’s just as skilled on stage as he is on site.
