With over 18 years in the landscaping industry, Matt brings deep knowledge and hands on expertise to every project. Growing up in Prebbleton and attending Lincoln High, Matt is passionate about the problems artificial turf solves, whether it’s muddy backyards, maintenance headaches, or unsafe play spaces. When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find him with his wife, their two young kids, and two miniature sausage dogs.
Hayley Petheram
Marketing Manager & Co-Director

The engine behind the brand, Hayley leads all things marketing and strategy. A proud mum of two, she juggles business life between school and preschool drop offs, with a coffee in hand and a to do list in her phone. Known for her heart of gold, her husband Matt often says, “If Hayley were running the show solo, everyone would have a free artificial lawn.” Her passion for people, community, and creating beautiful spaces is at the core of everything she does.

With over 6 years of hands on experience installing artificial grass, Dallas brings both expertise and calm confidence to every job. Known for his cool headed approach and perfectionist mindset, he ensures projects especially sports courts are delivered to the highest standard. Outside of turf installs, Dallas brings the same rhythm and finesse to playing bass guitar, he’s just as skilled on stage as he is on site.
